Under general supervision and direction where a definite objective is set up requiring the use of some standard work procedures. Selected candidate, plans and arranges own work and work of other warehouse associates referring some questionable issues to the leadership team. Will at times be required to serve in the capacity as Warehouse Coordinators across the operation when other leaders are not available.Responsibilities: Project Lead for new ERP System for Warehouse Operations TeamLead Safety Program across the Site OperationsCoordinate Testing of ERP system with Superuser's and ITPerform tasks as directed by the Supervisor & ManagerLead auditing of work performed by associates across Shipping, Receiving and Cycle CountingLead Operations testing in Semi-Annual ERP update and communicate needs to IT teamAble to clear POs (Backing out lines in PO's which pack-slip was posted incorrectly)Record inventory transactions into computer systemBackup Receiving/Shipping supervisorTrainer for Powered EquipmentKeeps work area in order and readily participates in housekeeping dutiesLead maintenance tasks in Facilities and coordinate with vendors to complete facilities projectsOrder supplies (indirect and or direct)All other duties as assignedLeads Cycle count initiative/Lead activities for yearly physical inventory.
