Duties:

• The security guard shall ensure that all security violations/incidents are properly documented and reported to the Security Coordinator.
• The security guard shall notify any unusual occurrences inside or outside the building immediately.
• The security guard shall roll patrol rounds throughout campus at a minimum of four (4) times during a shift on a normal basis.
• Maintain a security log.
• The security guard shall record incidents/violations in the program.
• The security guard shall be able to stand post at the main gate and log in visitors, staff, contractors, students, and Emergency Personnel with time, date, and nature.

Qualifications:

• The applicant shall possess a security guard registration Level II guard card/certification (New Mexico certification).
