**Call Center Service Customer Service Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming phone calls from current customers
* Create purchase orders for vehicle repairs
* Schedule maintenance calls at customers request
* Dispatch mobile technicians for roadside assistance
**Call Center Service Customer Service Requirements:**
* Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
* Automotive/Diesel knowledge preferred, but not necessary
* Dispatch experience preferred, but not necessary
