Position Purpose:
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Dining Services and the Kitchen Manager, & Supervisors the Food Service Worker lll will assist with the coordination of all areas of Food Production, Stock/Utilities, Catering, and Dietary Office to achieve quality food service sanitary conditions, and a safe working environment Serves food for the patients and staff, delivers meals to patients, and maintains cleanliness of the foodservice areas in a safe and sanitary manner. Responsible for reviewing nutritional needs and dietary data. Use software program to determine dietary needs of each patient. Responsible for placing supplement orders & office supply orders for the kitchen. The Food Service Worker lll adheres to all federal, state and local guidelines governing safe food handling and preparation.
