Job DescriptionPosition Summary: Responsible for driving beginning-to-end project management and delivery of initiatives for and across different functional areas. Focused on understanding stakeholders' input, data flow, end-to-end processes, and technology; this role will assist business units with projects by leading or supporting a variety of initiatives through planning, execution, and measuring impact. This position will help guide our business to improve business processes, business intelligence, and maximize efficiency in Salesforce. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Elicit, document and analyze requirements around business challenges in order to produce data-driven solutions. Configuration of the Salesforce platform to align with specific business requirements. This may include (but not be limited to):Defining security and access controlsCreating custom fields, objects and workflows to optimize the user experience. Document and analyze current and future state processes and system interfaces to identify process improvement opportunities aimed at increasing process quality and efficiency.Create and execute quality project plans to support transformation across the business.Provide visibility to project managers and sponsors on progress against approaching milestones, issues, risks, and dependencies.Develop comprehensive test plans and cases.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality, data integrity, and performance.Establish relationships with business partners and IT department to provide solutions to meet user needs.Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.Help lead planning sessions related to projects or new technologies intended to implement process improvement within the functional area.Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to the business to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge.Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements; gather processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.Must be able to meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations and physical demands of the position complying with RangeWater's policies and performance expectations.Organizational Responsibilities: Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s)Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s)Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the property's efficiency, profitability, and productivityKeeps abreast of current changes in technology, leasing and sales tools, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training programs and by accessing other sources of information, and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility.Work Hours (may vary by state or location): Company hours of operation are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. Exempt employees are expected to adhere to the standard workweek schedule and work any hours necessary to perform the duties of the job. Demonstrated ability to own projects and deliver changes.Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.Language Ability:Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to interpret, evaluate, and communicate detailed written or verbal instructions to others. Ability to comprehend and complete business plans, financial documents, and legal documentsMath Ability:Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, training budgets, timesheets and other fiscal reporting information.Reasoning Ability: Demonstrated ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively problem solve.Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet management programs in order to complete required reports and employment documents. Proficiency and fluency in using the internet and business management tools such as PowerPoint and Visio.Certificates and Licenses: Current valid driver's license is required.Supervisory Responsibilities: Proven skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members, including specialists is required.Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Must be able to operate golf carts at properties with golf carts, walk extended distances and navigate stairs to multiple levels daily.Incumbent must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
