Demolition and Emergency Technician - Construction/Restoration Company

Responsibilities
* Respond to emergency property damage (residential/commercial)
* Handle multiple projects at a given time while still giving attention to detail
* High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation (demolition and cleaning), and emergency fire/smoke services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Team Lead and Core Claims Manager
* Act as liaison between customers and insurance carriers
* Be accessible by phone and perform on-call rotation as needed
* Ensure that the job is brought to completion and collection in a timely fashion
* Assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed
Requirements
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
* Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
* Desire to continually learn new things
* Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
