The General Laborer Manager reports to the Superintendent and provides overall support to the Superintendent and Project Management team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Loading and delivering materials.
* Clean and prepare jobsite.
* Operate hand and power tools of all types, measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instrument.
* Perform physically demanding labor at construction sites.
* Learn how to safely prepare worksite.
* The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of construction methods, processes and jobsite safety knowledge; good communication skills; and be organized, efficient and responsive to the needs of each team member and our external clients.
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Valid drivers license with a reasonable driving record, CDL preferred.
* Previous construction experience preferred but not required.
* General safety knowledge.
* Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
* Good communication skills.
