$15.61 - $23.45 per hour, depending on experience. Patient Service Representative / Overview Performs clerical duties in a very professional and service-oriented manner. Primarily responsible for obtaining accurate demographic and insurance information from patients.

Minimum Required:
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Computer and customer service skills.
Preferred:
+ Prior Health care experience and CPR.

+ The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
