DescriptionThe Enterprise and Cyber Solutions (E&CS) Operation within Leidos' Defense Group is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Administrator to provide coverage monitor tools and availability of the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) NOC.With the CESO program, the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) is looking to transform the existing Secure Web Services (SWS) environment, which provides secure information sharing to the community, into a more mature service offering to meet the DoD and intelligence communities. As part of this task order, Leidos will manage the commercial cloud migration and disestablishment of legacy systems, fully automate the continuous development & continuous integration environment, fourth estate consolidation, professionalize services - ITIL/DevSecOps based processes, improve the customer experience 1st call resolution, and achieve development of a service catalog for Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) Model.This position is based in Arlington, VA 100% on-site, and supports second shift 1200-2000 (12pm-8pm).Primary Responsibilities* Create, maintain, and implement detailed documentation for standard systems operating procedures to be used across the enterprise.* Work to resolve end user issues and communicate on a regular basis the status of their tickets and issues.* Perform review of Daily Check list to ensure services are running as expected.* Monitor environment for system anomalies and performed root cause analysis as required.* Document all changes to the test, operational and cloud environments in compliance with customer and DOD practices.* Implement Engineering Implementation Plans (EIPs) in support of change control process and system enhancements.* Work both independently as well as in coordination with Systems administrators to maintain the smooth operation of a multi-user computer system.* Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.* Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.* Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.* Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures and maintain control records.* Review user requests for upgrades or additions to the network to assess impact on network performance and provide advice and guidance on the most practical technical approach to meeting user requirements.Basic Qualifications* BS in computer science or IT and 4+ years of experience. Add'l experience may be considered in lieu of degree.* IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g. CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)* Candidate must possess an active DOD TS/SCI level security clearance, and be eligible to obtain and maintain a CI Poly* Hands-on experience troubleshooting and fault isolation of IT business systems.* Have skills on the following areas:* Experience in configuring Cisco switches and routers.* Dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)* Spanning tree Protocol.* 802.1x* TCPDUMP / WireShark* Troubleshooting of S2S/ DMVPN / IPSEC tunnels connection.* VLAN configurations and VLAN Trunking.* Network troubleshooting.* Basic Firewall troubleshooting and configuration* Basic ISE/TACACs troubleshooting and configuration.* AWS Cloud servicePreferred Qualifications* Prior experienced with DISA and DISA's support to mission partners* TS/SCI w/CI Poly Preferredgsmo#tn15CESOOriginal Posting Date:2024-02-06While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
