Role Overview:
We're looking for a Project Manager to drive business growth, manage electrical and specialty systems construction projects, and oversee field staff.
Responsibilities:
Strategically plan, organize, and staff electrical construction projects.
Ensure projects meet safety, profitability, timeliness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
Supervise project activities, ensuring policy and procedure compliance.
Manage change orders, document control logs, and prepare project documentation.
Handle contract submittals and subcontractor agreements.
Assemble and deliver Owner and Maintenance Manuals, maintaining warranty logs.
Represent the company in client and subcontractor meetings.
Support field personnel and monitor contractor progress.
Create Job Information Sheets and Job Files.
Prepare change orders and project reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the electrical field, including electrical estimating.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of ConEst, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu beneficial.
Independent, creative, analytical thinker with strong decision-making skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm; flexibility required to meet business demands.
