**Essential Job Functions**
The warehouse Person is responsible for performing tasks involved in processing and shipping orders to the customer.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Responsibilities may include: receiving, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer
* Load and unload truckloads of merchandise
* Verifies orders to ensure accuracy
* Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse and yard are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris
* Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management
* Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer
* Assist in counting of physical inventory
* Prepare parcels for mailing
**Basic Qualifications & Interests**
* Willing and able to stand at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
* Willing and able to perform tasks which include: pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation
* Willing and able to carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
* Must be able to operate a forklift
**Preferred Qualifications & Interests**
* High School Diploma/GED
* Preferred 2 years experience in a warehouse or distribution center
