Job Details
The Laboratory Research Technician will support researchers carrying out experimental studies examining brain development in mice.
Strong organizational and management skills
Standard laboratory techniques and molecular cloning techniques
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and PowerPoint software
Bachelor's Degree and one to two years of directly related experience.
College level coursework in chemistry and biology
Experience with molecular biology, cloning, primer design, RNA-extraction, qPCR
Experience with mice breeding and genotyping
Experience with immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization
Experience with microscopy
Experience with cell culture
