WKSM / 99ROCK is searching for a talented, passionate, driven, energetic, resourceful, enthusiastic, skilled at social media, digital content creating, finger on the pulse, plays well with others, active co-host of the #1 morning show in beautiful Ft. Walton Beach / Destin.
The successful candidate knows we work in the entertainment business and takes great pride in the success of the team! **Who We Are:**
**CUMULUS | Fort Walton Beach-Destin** currently features 5 stations in the Fort Walton Beach area and surrounding counties. Our stations include: 99.5 WKSM 99ROCK, 96.5 WZNS Z96, 93.3 WNCV Coast 93.3, 105.5 WYZB NASH-FM, 1260 WFTW News Talk. The cluster of 5 stations reaches thousands of listeners daily.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* On-air show
* Social media engagement and content creation
* Website and digital content generation
* Creation of excellent endorsement commercials for clients
* Conduct station and sales appearances
* Commercial production
* Adhere to all Cumulus Programming Principles, policies and procedures of the station, Cumulus Media, Inc., the FCC, and all other federal, state, and local laws.
* Maintain a positive and approachable attitude when around listeners, clients, and co-workers.
**Job Requirements**

**Qualifications**:
* Previous on-air experience preferred
* Strong production skills and knowledge of on air and editing software
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, social networking, and WordPress
* Socially informed and perceptive: up-to-date and in tune daily with the local and national trends and / or specialized knowledge of topics / events related to on-air discussions
* Demonstrates creativity, imagination, upbeat personality, informative, entertaining, and engaging on the air: able to relate to station audience
* Excellent verbal and written communication and editing skills: ability to make others feel comfortable and open up on air
* Can work well in a team environment: collaborative
