Tracking Code 13682-159 Job Description **Summary** The Customer Advocates (CA) primary responsibility is providing exceptional customer service to our strategic account base. This will be accomplished by managing projects, collecting & distributing information, communicating with the customer and the plant, and proactively looking for ways to increase the value that we bring to our customers. The position will also be responsible for all aspects of managing house accounts. The position will handle all existing customer issues except major projects that require the sales reps direct involvement. The CA will ideally begin transitioning into the role on the first couple of orders and eventually be the contact for most of the customers needs.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Sales order and job folder creation

* Job creation & job flow checklist

* CAD request Layout

* New business checklist & meeting

* Combo orders and generate accurate specs

* Graphics management

* Press checks

* Shipping releases

* Customer interface

* Monthly sales forecast

* Board forecasting

* Handling quality issues and NCRs

* Account development and growth

* RFQs for existing accounts

* Ability to work 8 hours/day plus overtime as required

**Required Skills:**

* Solid understanding of customer account management

* General understanding and experience with ERP business application, (SAP preferred)

* High degree of organization and attention to detail

* Successful time management and prioritization skills

* Effective written and oral communication

* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

* Microsoft Office Skills

**Education and/or Experience**

Two year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
