**Warehouse Worker**
Warehouse Sioux Falls, South Dakota Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **$15 to 17.50/hr** *

We continue to grow as an important part of our parent company, Crown Products, Inc. We are immediately seeking a qualified Warehouse Worker who is precise, highly detailed orientated, and finds meaning and value in working within a stable team environment. Attention to detail, patience, and consistency, along with strong technical expertise will provide for a rewarding career. Additionally, the Warehouse Worker will be an Ambassador of our Company Values through handling of product to ensure timely order fulfillment of undamaged, complete orders. * Pull, pack, stage and load customer orders.
* Receive inventory and inspect product for damage; stock product to bin locations.
* Verify orders for accuracy and quality at every stage for receiving and shipping process.
* Operate all equipment necessary for material handling such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and the cut machine (vinyl and carpet).
* Follow shipping and receiving standard operating procedures (SOP) for both paperwork and electronic systems processes.
* Assist the Warehouse and Facility Lead in executing warehouse standards of safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
* Organize inventory to meet safety, efficiency, and inventory control standards for storage and transport.
* Ensure SOPs for inventory control are followed so pallets are properly shrink wrapped, strapped and banded for storage and transport.
* Assist with warehouse cycle counts, including researching and correcting discrepancies.
* Deliver customer orders when needed as a backup driver ensuring positive customer experience while complying with all DOT regulations. TSF is willing to train and support candidate in obtaining Class B CDL through coursework for any non CDL applicant.

* High School diploma or equivalent degree.
* Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience in retail, wholesale trade or similar environment.
* Clean driving record and ability to get a Class B CDL and DOT medical card.
* Must be able to provide courteous, personal attention to promote individual customer satisfaction.
* Team player, who respectfully and courteously interacts with other team members to encourage positive results.
* Excellent attention to detail with consistent, accurate and quality work output.
* Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productive results.
* Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
* Solid, stable work history
* Previous experience as a commercial driver
* Proven success as an expert in past distribution warehouse roles
