If so, Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Cultivation Technicians to work at their production facility. You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company. Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing (www.viridianstaffing.com) is the premier staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.
Your duties could include anything from transplanting and watering to trimming, pruning, cleaning, and working with soil. Shifts are typically Monday - Friday, starting at 7 am. There is the potential for some overtime.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 8 hours/day
- Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands
- Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures (there will be some work outdoors)
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to take direction
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
- Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
- Ability to arrive on time (Shifts usually start at 7 am )
- Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Florida, which includes being at least 21 years of age and receiving authorization from the Florida Department of Health to work for a licensed cannabis operation
