We are recruiting for a Distribution Associate (Forklift Driver) to join our Columbus, OH team. The Distribution Center (DC) Associate is an essential member of the Distribution organization that partners with and supports the Nautilus Supply Chain team. We need YOU to help get our amazing products out to our customers.

**WHAT YOULL DO**

* Unloading product, wrapping pallets, receiving, verifying and putting away product, moving and replenishing product in the distribution center, picking and packing orders, loading trucks, performing audits and cycle counting, and processing customer returns

* Receive, unload and put-away incoming inventory in designated areas

* Inspect products for defects and damages

* Examine outgoing shipments, auditing for customer compliance

* Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with other associates and management; ask for help and provide help when needed

* Proactively seek and obtain additional training to encourage cross-functionality within the DC, and moves to the work as needed in a cooperative and flexible team environment

* Actively participate in continuous process improvement efforts, seek new/improved ways to complete tasks, and communicate ideas and solutions to department managers and supervisors

* Keep work areas and warehouse clean, maintain a safe working environment, and work and operate in a safe manner

* Demonstrates responsibility and compliance with all safety and quality policies and standards, identifies and makes recommendations on safety issues

* Cross-train and support any area of the Distribution operation; other duties as assigned

**WHO YOU ARE**

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Basic reading, writing, and math skills required

* 2-3 years of practical work experience in a warehouse position

* Must have good computer skills and be familiar with RF scan-guns. Experience in WMS a plus

* 6 month experience operating motorized equipment to include reach truck, dock stocker, clamp truck and electric pallet jacks in accordance with all distribution center safe driving standards

* Able to lift 50 lbs. or Team lift when needed

* Must be detail oriented and have a strong sense of organization

* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment under time constraints

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently when needed

* Be self-directed, motivated and goal oriented

* Be a quick learner, have excellent problem solving skills

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, as needed

* Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attendance record
