Job description
As a Quality Tech with Crucial Link, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing processes. Additionally, you will contribute to the establishment and monitoring of product standards, ensuring that all products meet specific tolerances and requirements. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in upholding our reputation for excellence in manufacturing.
Quality Tech operates within a vibrant setting, involving tasks related to quality assurance on a assembly line, as well as in receiving and shipping areas. In this role, you will utilize tools and devices to uphold the highest quality standards, meeting specific tolerances and requirements.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Support the Quality Department in ensuring the utmost quality of all parts, products, and finished goods.
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products before they proceed to the next department or holding area.
- Execute layered audits and quality checks.
- Prepare detailed quality reports when necessary.
- Collaborate with Supervisors to address production or processing issues.
- Work closely with department Supervisors and Managers to establish and monitor product standards.
- Conduct examinations or direct testing during processing to guarantee adherence to prescribed quality standards.
