**Requirements** : * 18 yrs old
* 4 months customer service experience or training or combination of education and experience
* Ability to carry out all duties with minimal supervision
* Positive attitude
* Computer Experience knowledge of word and excel
* Enjoy working with the people from around the world
* Ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure
* Cash/Credit Card handling experience
* Flexibility Ability to adapt to frequent changes
* Good organizational skills and detail oriented
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment which occasionally requires long days
* Excellent problem solving skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish a plus!
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to calculate fares, discounts and commissions
* Maintain a general knowledge of Epic Mountain Express services, operations and the geographic areas we serve.
* Ability to work standing up to 4 hours
