Summary


The Customer Success Consultant is responsible for relationships with Baptist OneCare Connect program partners. The position serves as the focal point for problems, questions and concerns from clinic partners about their Epic EMR and practice management system. This position plays a vital role in ensuring system adoption, customer happiness, and success. Responsible to work as needed on all shifts and/or weekends.


Responsibilities


+ Develop and maintain relationships with practices following their implementation


+ Analyze reported issues along with key clinical and financial metrics to identify areas for optimization and education


+ Identify ways to increase value for the customer through workflow improvements or add on services and products


+ Work with customers to onboard new staff and off-board departing staff and providers


+ Participate in new clinic implementations and ensure a smooth transition to post live process


Requirements, Preferences and Experience


Education


Preferred: Master's degree in finance, public health, health care administration, business administration or health related field


Minimum: - Bachelor's degree in finance, public health, health care administration, business administration or health related field


Experience


Preferred: Experience using or supporting Epic in a clinic setting


Minimum: three years health care experience in hospital or clinic settings or comparable account management work experience.


Special Skills


Preferred: Knowledge of health care practice issues, trends, and processes


Training


Preferred: Proficiency or certification in Epic
