Job Description:

The eCommerce Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our online storefronts, from ideation to launch and beyond. They work closely with our development team, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our online storefronts meet the needs of our customers and stay ahead of the competition. The eCommerce Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that our online storefronts drive growth for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap and backlog for our NIMBUS Store software, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product decisions and ensure that our online storefronts meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our storefronts are designed and developed according to customer needs and business objectives.
  • Analyze and report on online storefront performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback, and use this data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with e-commerce industry trends and best practices and use this knowledge to drive innovation and growth for the business.
  • Ensure that our online storefronts are mobile-responsive, easy to navigate, and optimized for user experience across all devices and platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce product management, with a focus on online storefronts.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience leading and managing teams.
Preferred:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product requirements and priorities to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience gathering and analyzing customer feedback and performance metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working with development teams to deliver software products.
  • Familiarity with SAP and SFDC (SalesForce.com) Commerce B2B lightening an asset strongly preferred.
