**Responsibilities**

* Weekly and monthly payroll including reconciliation & submission of all payroll taxes on a timely basis

* 401k management including loan administration, census, etc.

* Handle new employee onboarding paperwork. Ensure new employee documents are compliant and submitted properly.

* Administer all employee benefits accurately and on a timely basis including Cobra Insurance.

* Handle and coordinate Employee benefit package including Open Enrollment meetings.

* Advise on HR matters as needed. Staying current on compliance and program changes.

* Handle employee census requests.

* Coordinate with Controller on all month-end documents and procedures.

* Assist the Controller as needed and help oversee the day to day running of the office.

* Coordinate with Controller on both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

* Balance all Service/Parts deposits each day to ensure accuracy.

* Handle all customer, internal, and warranty repair orders and parts tickets each day ensuring they are being posted to the correct accounts.

* Handle all requests from Unemployment Services.

* Handle Workmans Comp- Ensure forms are filled out and sent out correctly.

* Must keep accurate records of all injuries, required logs are filled out, and submitted to OHSA.

* Manage filing system and record keeping as needed.

* Other duties as assigned

* Bachelors or Associates degree in accounting, finance, or business administration from or two years of related experience in a dealership office setting and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
