ECS is seeking a Sr Billing Specialist to work in our Fairfax, VA office / remote.
Job Description:
ECS is looking for a government contract billing professional. Excellent opportunity to grow and develop in an expanding organization.Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare invoices of various types (FFP, T&M, CPxx) to include retro rate adjustments
- Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Billing setup to include ceilings and overrides
- Analyze monthly unbilled receivables, research and resolve issues
- Project reconciliation, i.e. reconcile invoice to PSR revenue
- Track ACRN funding
- Communicate with internal and external customers to identify and resolve billing and payment discrepancies
Required Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excel competent, i.e. ability to create basic pivot tables
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- 4years experience in government contract billing
- Deltek Costpoint - Billing and Projects Module
Desired Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- WAWF, IPP experience
