The Receptionist/Admin will provide general office and project support. The Receptionist must be a customer service oriented person with excellent interpersonal skills; must have highly developed organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a demanding environment; proficient with English grammar and composition; exhibit discretion, tact, and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
* Maintain (be familiar with) schedules, arrange meetings, events and appointments includes providing reminders.
* Able to maintain multiple calendars for Executives with logistics
* Identify ways to streamline executive workload and free up time from non-productive tasks
* Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
* Assist with production of reports, presentations and briefs
* Maintains a positive disposition during times of multiple priorities and follows through to completion
* Manage mailroom; Work with vendors with maintenance of office equipment
* Maintain Inventory of Office & Kitchen Supplies
* Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers and manage maintenance on office equipment/facility
* Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
* Conduct Internet research
* Assist with overflow work as needed
* Take meeting minutes as needed
* Handle other requests and queries as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School diploma with 2-3 years of administrative experience or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred or minimum of a Bachelors? Degree with no previous Administrative Support experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Fluent with flight & hotel travel reservations
* Effective communicator with great people skills.
