Your Key Responsibilities

* Rotate in departments related to the trade to complete 7000 on-the-job training hours and successfully complete related classroom instruction specific to the trade

* Requires a highly motivated individual who is willing to learn and apply acquired skills

* Performs Quality Checks in accordance with Control Plan, uses measuring devices as required

* Changes Grinding Wheels as required

* Maintains proper product labeling and staging, and maintains Production Records

* Uses hand tools for machine adjustment, operates equipment within expected production rate

* Performs Complete Set-ups on machines defined, troubleshoots routine/normal set-up and machine problems

* This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Your Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Mechanical aptitude and knowledge

* Hands-on learner

* Blueprint reading

* CNC machining

* Accuracy in measurement

* Metal cutting practices

* Math

* Enthusiastic about their career in skilled trades

* Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)

* Positive work ethic

* Problem solving skills
