About the Position

A Behavioral Health Consultant at Legacy Community Health is responsible for providing high-quality integrated behavioral health screenings and interventions to clients with identified behavioral health needs. You will need to screen new clients that are identified as being at-risk in a primary care setting in order to identify problems, address urgent issues, and provide referrals as needed. In addition to assessments, you will also need to perform crisis intervention to adults, adolescents, and children. As part of the behavioral health team, you will collaborate with the client, physicians, and other providers to develop and implement treatment plans and re-assess these plans to ensure effectiveness.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from accredited institution
Current Texas License as LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT
Bilingual or Spanish-speaking
Minimum of 2 years in assessments, brief interventions, or psychotherapy
