How You Will Make an Impact
Our guests seek luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Service Porter, you will contribute to the success of the Service department by cleaning and moving vehicles into shop bays to expedite for technicians. You will impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- Enthusiastically greet customers
- Maintain lot display and merchandising materials on vehicles
- Valet customer vehicles
- Maintain drive cleanliness
- Keep vehicles organized
- Transport vehicles between locations
- Wash and Prepare vehicles for pickup
- Maintain the cleanliness of all vehicles
- Quality inspects vehicles out of detail
- Detail sold vehicles for customers
Skills Needed to Win:- At least 18 years of age
- Must possess an engaging and professional appearance
- Focus on providing exemplary customer service
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record
- Pass a drug screen
- Capable of standing for extended periods of time
