As the Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations and activities of our high-producing team. Oversee Team Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Investment Sales Team, ensuring smooth workflow,

efficient processes, and effective collaboration among team members.Budget Management: Monitor and oversee the team's budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately to

support business objectives.Strategic Business Development: Assist in developing strategic business development objectives for the teams's producers, Indentifying opportunities for growth and expansion.Client Events and Communication: Oversee and coordinate client events, ensuring excellent execution and maintaining

strong client relationships. Manage communication channels to ensure efficient and effective client interactions.Team Calendar and Database: Maintain and manage the team calendar, ensuring schedules are optimized and team members are well-coordinated. Oversee the team's client database, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.Human Resources: Provide support in human resources matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and trainingMarketing Collateral and Campaigns: Oversee the creation and scheduling of all marketing collateral and campaigns,

ensuring high-quality materials and effective distribution strategies.Research Projects: Coordinate and manage research projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of market data and

insights.Vendor Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for vendors and external service providers, managing

relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service delivery.Social Media Management: Oversee the team's social media presence, developing content strategies, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging.Requirements:

Significant experience in commercial real estate, management, and operations.Proactive problem-solving skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Ambitious and detail-oriented, with a self-motivated and highly organized approach to work.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management, database management, and marketing collateral
