Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the diverse needs of all children.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to staff, ensuring the highest quality of care and education for young learners.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and families, encouraging their involvement in center activities.
  • Keep accurate records and reports on enrollment, attendance, and other administrative duties.
  • Manage center resources, including supplies, equipment, and facilities, to guarantee safety and quality.
  • Participate in professional development to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in a leadership role within an early childhood center or preschool.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of child development, early childhood education, and best practices.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Capability to lead and inspire staff to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to early childhood education.
  • Skills in multitasking, prioritizing, and effective time management.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • CPR and First Aid certification, or readiness to obtain it.
