Responsibilities:

- Keep accurate records and reports on enrollment, attendance, and other administrative duties.

- Participate in professional development to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in a leadership role within an early childhood center or preschool.
- Comprehensive knowledge of child development, early childhood education, and best practices.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Capability to lead and inspire staff to deliver exceptional care and education.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to early childhood education.
- Skills in multitasking, prioritizing, and effective time management.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- CPR and First Aid certification, or readiness to obtain it.
