Job Details

We are currently accepting resumes for a Architect L2 position in Marysville, OH.
This position is Hybrid. (Minimum of ONE day a week onsite)

The selected candidate will perform the following duties:

Top 5 Musts:
1. Must be able to use Visio to produce a SAD (Solution Architecture Design), logical architecture diagram, and system data context diagram in accordance with client IT standards.
2. Must be experienced in developing system architecture designs for large ERP systems (e.g. Kronos / Time & Labor preferred) involving a high degree of integration.
3. Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
4. Must have 5+ years experience with 2+ major projects in the SA role.
5. Must be aware of current integration, network, application security technologies and trends and capable of suggesting/utilizing them in architecture designs.

General IT Architecture R&Rs:
Drive business and IT alignment to leverage reusable architecture capabilities
Collaborate with IT management to define and develop technology strategy, technology standards, roadmaps, and practices.
Act as a technical expert addressing problems relating to systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platform integration.
Interact and consult with appropriate business analysts, project managers and developers to understand application/project requirements and define architectural solutions to meet those requirements.
Work with the application solutions delivery teams in the development of services, components, standards, and frameworks required to support client's business strategy (e.g. design patterns, reusable components)
Assist with analyzing and recommending software acquisitions and alternative solutions/methodologies/strategies and tools.
Keep current with trends and technological innovations in the Automotive and IT industry, and make appropriate development recommendations
Identify risks associated with component or application implementation.

What will this person be working on

(Initial assignment) Support specific project needs including:
1. System Evaluation:
a. Review the current-state solution portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and addressing aging technologies.
2. Integration Expertise:
b. Lead evaluation, design, and analysis for implementing solutions architecture across UKG Workforce Pro (Dimensions) and other integrated business applications.
3. Architectural Blueprint Delivery:
c. Translate business and technical requirements into a comprehensive Solution Architectural Design (SAD) that aligns with business objectives and expectations of the architecture team.
d. Develop target state architecture including Workforce Management solutions, specifically UKG Workforce Pro (Dimensions) including Logical Architecture and System Data Context diagrams in accordance with internal IT system architecture standards.

Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS' = Minimum Educational Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end architectural design inclusive of Workforce Management solutions (Kronos or UKG Dimensions).
Proficiency in architecting solutions involving custom data connectors and mechanisms.
Understanding of connectivity with multiple platforms such as Kronos to SAP-SuccessFactors/EC/ECP and other relevant systems.
Knowledge of integration, network, and security aspects.
Visio - Medium/expert skill set.
Good written and verbal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
