You will work closely with the National Distribution Manager to ensure warehouse stock levels are kept accurate to the Sage stock system. Key Responsibilities Control of stock at the Sheffield Warehouse
Investigation of Missing stock on site
Daily plan to check inventory on cycle counts
Conduct audits of Goods In
Conduct Audits of transfers (both on SAGE and manual transfers)
Managing warehouse layout based on up to date issue data
Work with warehouse Manager and logistics team to set up stock management systems to manage the groups assets
Working closely with the stock team to ensure stock is available for re-distribution
Drive improvements on the control of Sheffield warehouse stock
Stock reporting for slow moving items within the warehouse
Auditing of all functions within the warehouse goods in / picking etc.
Ensure stock is available in line with the planned workload and in the correct system location
Audit of triaged stock and refurbished stock

Vacancy RequirementsTo be considered for this role you will have at least 1-2 years previous experience within a warehouse, stores function, you will have good attention to details and have the ability to communicate with staff at all levels.
