**Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative**

**Location:** College Park, GA

As a Dispatcher/Customer Success Manager, you will support the drive team and frequently communicate with customers. The ideal applicant must be a critical thinker, problem solver with a strong personality that can manage stressful situations and adapting to change daily. **Primary Skills & Qualifications**

* Strong team personality who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Multi-tasking ability to actively listen and type notes simultaneously while still being organized.

* Strong interpersonal skills, including listening, written, and verbal communication.

* Strong computer skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* Record of outstanding attendance and work performance.

* Ability to work with minimal supervision.

* Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.

* Driven and passionate to perform at high levels.

* Computer navigation skills; ability to type 30 WPM.

* Must be able to work weekends, overtime, and some holidays as needed.

**Most essential duties include**

* Receive daily orders from current customers.

* Arrange pick-ups and deliveries based on driver availability.

* Uses critical thinking to solve problems, provide guidance and find delivery solutions.

* Effectively responds to and follows through on quoted commitments with a focus on a swift turnaround.

* Make daily adjustments to routes and drivers schedules as needed.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, customers, etc.

* Communicate and coordinate between drivers, customers, brokers, etc.

* Consistently producing a positive, all-inclusive customer experience by owning every customer experience concentrating on and driving superior customer success.

* Answer inbound calls.

* Make outbound calls to lead perspectives.

* Quote and set the expectation for customers.

* Interactive daily team communication.

* Provide assistance, support, and crisis management for drivers, customers, etc.

* Ensure all jobs have the proper documentation and are closed out properly.
