**Position:** Inventory Specialist **Location:** Addison, TX
**Job Id:** 271 **# of Openings:** 1 CarOffer is currently looking for an **Inventory Specialist** to add to our Finance and Accounting team! **Inventory Specialist** at CarOffer will be responsible for recording and verifying information, processing documents, providing customer service, performing account reconciliations and data requests from management. **Responsibilities:**
* Daily importing inventory and sales into financial system
* Responsible for timely payment of purchased units
* Managing accounts receivable on sold units
* Managing accounts payable on purchased units
* Monthly inventory reconciliations
* Investigating AP/AR discrepancies
* Managing aged inventory, and the reasons for its aging
* Responsible for managing open accounts receivable on sold units
* Effectively communicating with purchasing managers and auctions
* Data requests and reconciliations
* Stock in vehicles and manage vehicle inventory
* Ability to problem solve and multi-task under pressure in a busy and fast-paced office environment
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Ability to prioritize and complete large data entry tasks
* Basic knowledge of Email and Word
* Moderate knowledge of Excel
* Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned
* Automotive accounting experience is preferred
* Notify manager or supervisor of customer issues or concerns or systems issues to ensure speedy resolution and continuation of the sale

**Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum of 1-year experience working in an accounting, finance or data entry position
* Automotive accounting experience is preferred
* Innovative with problem-solving skills

* Results driven
* Effective communication skills required
* Organizational skills with the ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced work environment
* Moderate experience with ten-key and computer data entry
