Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare vehicle interiors and exteriors for customers, including washing, waxing, and polishing
Utilize steam-cleaning equipment and applicable cleaning agents to clean the engine and engine compartment
Inspect vehicles to identify any noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operations
Restore the appearance of the engine area, rugs, upholstery, and painted surfaces by applying touch-up paint, dyes, and other suitable materials
Vacuum the interior of vehicles to remove dirt and debris, as well as clean windows, door jams, and upholstery
Apply special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials that normal cleaning procedures cannot.
Apply revitalizers and preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces, as well as spot- and stain-resistant chemicals to fabrics
Ensure that vehicles in the showroom are presentable and appropriately labeled at all times
Utilize appropriate protective gear while using cleaning products that require it
Maintain the work area in neat and clean condition, and report any safety issues to management right away
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have a valid US work authorization
Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
Should have a minimum of one year of experience in automotive detailing and/or building maintenance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Must be able to work effectively both in a team environment and independently
