Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team in Midlothian, IL. The primary responsibility of the Appointment Setter is to schedule meetings and appointments for our marketing team, facilitating the process of acquiring new accounts for our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Appointment Setting: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and effectively communicate the value proposition of AXXESS Health Services.
2. Lead Qualification: Identify potential clients by understanding their staffing needs and ensuring alignment with our services.
3. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring seamless communication with the marketing team.
4. Communication: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to coordinate appointments, provide necessary information, and ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to the closing of new accounts.
5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address queries, and secure appointments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in appointment setting or a related role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate the benefits of our services to potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in healthcare staffing or a related industry is advantageous.
