Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

**Transcript**I'll tell you about a surprise that occurred as I was leading user experience for design of a new virtual assistant, a new chatbot digital assistant for employees and managers to be able to ask questions and complete transactions. As we were going through that, we were really pushing the system. It's a chatbot platform from an external supplier. And we were pushing the way that we handled training for machine learning. We were pushing the way it connected to other systems to gather data and be able to complete transactions. And the nice surprise is that we ended up winning an innovation award from that external supplier and were featured at one of their annual conventions. So really nice surprise.
