Senior Marketing Manager - Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) Industry

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business development activities, researching opportunities, and positively representing our company. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on business development initiatives to secure profitable new business.
- Conduct thorough research on business opportunities and contribute to strategy development.
- Actively engage in networking events, activities, and organizations to enhance our company's presence.
- Partner with project managers to strategize on market forecasts, upcoming opportunities, and potential clients/projects.
- Collaborate with the regional Marketing team to provide optimal support to project managers.
- Position the firm favorably for current and future market opportunities.
- Support and lead marketing efforts for proposals, presentations, and other work-winning activities.
- Coordinate special projects and events, including regional conferences.
- Manage multiple concurrent time-sensitive deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry.
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours.
- Occasional willingness to travel for business needs.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
- Team player with a positive attitude and client service mentality.
- Strong ability to gather, interpret, and convey technical information.
