**Painter**
**Department:** Service **Location:** Ellicott City, MD
As our Painter, you will ensure that all vacated apartments are painted to "market ready" status. You will work at our apartment community. You will report to the Service Manager.
Starting hourly rate is $17.31+ plus monthly bonuses.
**You Will:**
* Inspect and paint vacated apartments and completes required forms regarding painting
* Restore apartment to "market ready" status
* Communicate with Service Manager concerning apartments that need painting in order of priority
* Work with service team to complete their functions in the make-ready process
* Report when paint and supplies are low to avoid depletion
* Repair holes in walls, caulks tubs, repair tile
**You Have:**
* 3+ years of painting and drywall experience
* Knowledge of current methods, practices, tools, equipment and materials used in the painting and drywall trades
* General knowledge of maintenance skills
