Associate Distribution Attendant Lubbock , Texas **Description:**
**Providence St. Joseph Health is calling an Assoc Dist Attendant Wd to our location in Lubbock, TX.**
We are seeking an Assoc Dist Attendant Wd who will manage the Covenant Health-Lubbock warehouse. Maintain a record of inventory, manage items entering and leaving the warehouse, aid in finding items in the warehouse. Perform duties under limited supervision.
**In this position you will have the following responsibilities:**
* Ensures that items brought to storage include adequate identification and special instruction information.
* Maintains inventory of items in the warehouse.
* Coordinates between movers and Covenant departments.
* Operates appropriate equipment to allow safe movement of items in the warehouse.
* Maintains the warehouse in a neat, orderly and safe fashion.
* Ordering of non-stock surgical supplies.
**Qualifications:**
**Required qualifications for this position include:**
* Basic computer skills.
* Basic math skills.
* Basic reading skills.
* Organizational skills.
* Interpersonal skills.
* Knowledgeable of, observes and complies with hospital codes of safe practice, safety policies and emergency procedures.
**Preferred qualifications for this position include:**
* Exposure to a warehouse environment.
