**Overview**
We are currently seeking a high energy Warehouse / Floor Person for our Aurora IL warehouse / equipment yard. This employee is responsible for receiving and managing materials, equipment, stock and field supplies, physically loading and unloading trucks, moving and repositioning materials using fork lifts and other machinery. Warehouse personnel work both in doors and outside in a team environment and provide assistance to office administration.
**Major Job Elements**
* Responsible for accurate tool assignment and inventory returns.
* Responsible for the yard/shop/building maintenance.
* Responsible for receiving and managing materials.
* Assist with ordering materials
* Works with fleet to maintain, and be accountable for all fleet within the yard to be organized, and ready to deploy.
* Assist with equipment tracking/ maintenance
* Responsible for shipping and receiving of fleet.
* Provide assistance to office administration and supervision
**Qualifications**
* Previous work experience in a warehouse environment including receiving, ordering and tracking materials
* Minimum requirement is a High School diploma or G.E.D.
* Exhibit skills and attitude which demonstrate to Company policies, principle and processes
* Capable to follow directions and work independent or part of a team for assignments
* Ability to lift 50 lbs required
* Must be capable to operate/ drive all warehouse equipment
* Must have basic small tool repair skills/ identify operating correctly
* Must be capable to spend the day doing various physical activities to include walking up/ down stairs; standing for extended periods of time
* Must be willing to work overtime on short notice (daily and/or weekends) to meet the demands of the job
* Valid drivers license with a 36 month clean driving record
* Warehouse personnel need basic computer skills and effective communication (reading, writing, speaking) skills
* Ability to travel 10%
