**Position Title:** HUB Warehouse Coordinator

**Reports to:** HUB Coordinator

**Employment Status:** Full Time

**FSLA Status:** Exempt

Since its founding in 1972, Interfaith Works (IW) has provided extensive wraparound services to the most vulnerable residents of Montgomery County, Maryland. Our trained, professional staff members work with individuals and families in crisis to provide access to food, clothing, and household goods, emergency financial aid, emergency shelter, permanent supportive housing, and employment services. We do this by leveraging relationships with those in our community to help more than 35,000 people each year.

The Interfaith Works HUB at Twinbrook (IWHUB) is a high volume, fast pasted food distribution center serving the needs of diverse social-economic and ethnic groups. This is a full-time position, Tuesday through Saturday.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

* Master & implement all program procedures related to daily operations of the Interfaith Works Clothing Center (IWCC)

* Oversees volunteers and directs them on their daily activity. Works collaboratively with other IW staff

* Welcome, engage and assist all donors and volunteers

* Inform volunteers/donors on program procedures, agency policy and mission

* Treat all clients/volunteers/donors with dignity, respect and fairness at all times

* Troubleshoot and resolve any unexpected challenges

* Always maintain a clean and safe environment

* Maintain accurate and timely records of clients/volunteers/donors

* Performs other duties as needed and assigned

**Key Skills:**

* 2+ years of customer service experience

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Knowledge of and ability to operate general office equipment

* Good phone etiquette

* Handle multiple projects efficiently and with flexibility

* Works independently but able to collaborate with a team

* Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds at a time

* Ability to be on your feet up-to 80% of your work time

* Bilingual in Spanish & English helpful but not required
