**Position:** Warehouse Clerk **Location:** Omaha, NE
**Job Id:** 172 **# of Openings:** 1 **Warehouse Clerk/Forklift Operator** We are looking for a warehouse worker to facilitate our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse Clerk responsibilities include storing materials, picking orders, loading/unloading trucks, and overall ownership of the warehouse cleanliness and organization. This position heavily relies on forklift operation. The warehouse clerk will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. **Responsibilities**
* Maintain a Christ-centered atmosphere in and around the warehouse area at all times.
* Unload donations of household goods, food, and other materials from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places.
* Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage.
* Transport materials to buildings when requested.
* Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
* Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
* Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
* Maintain effective use of the warehouse storage area by organizing floor space.
* Share the Gospel with clients, donors, and volunteers when opportunities arise.
**Skills**
* Proven experience as forklift (including stand-up) operator.
* Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
* Excellent physical condition and coordination.
* Valid certification to operate forklifts (Will train if needed)
* Valid Drivers License.
* High school diploma.
