**Logistics & Inventory Coordinator**

at Parachute Home Los Angeles, CA Parachute Home seeks an experienced professional to join our growing Fulfillment & Logistics team. You'll be responsible for helping manage Parachutes inventory and order fulfillment from our US and Canadian fulfillment centers. This role will have the opportunity to help develop and implement our global fulfillment and logistics strategy while driving continuous improvements in inventor accuracy and outbound order fulfillment. Youll work closely with our Accounting, CX and B2B teams with the goal of continuously improving the customer experience. The role will report to the Director of Fulfillment.

**What Youll Do:**

* Monitor inventory levels and the cycle counting process at Parachutes fulfillment partners.

* Work with the accounting and warehouse teams to identify, review, and resolve inventory discrepancies across multiple platforms (ERPs, WMSs, visibility portals, etc.)

* Monitor order fulfillment from our US and Canadian fulfillment partners warehouses. Highlight & resolve issues with any orders that are at risk of shipping outside of agreed SLAs.

* Work with internal & external teams to identify systemic issues and associated root causes, and implement solutions to address problems.

* Analyze and manage outbound Key Performance Indicators with warehouses.

* Monitor carrier performance and report transit times & on-time percentages weekly, monthly & quarterly.

* Maintain, update, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures. Review with fulfillment partners and carriers weekly to maintain alignment.

**Who You Are:**

* 2+ years working in fulfillment operations in an outsourced 3PL environment.

* Experience with high-volume ecommerce order fulfillment.

* Experience managing inventory across multiple locations and platforms (ERPs, WMSs, visibility portals, etc.).

* Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and possesses both an analytical and operational approach to problem-solving.

* Experience with ERP and EDI systems (preferably Netsuite and SPS Commerce).

* Motivated self-starter who will analyze processes, identify opportunities, and propose strategic solutions.

* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

* Process oriented and thrives on continuous improvement.

* The ability to work alone and in a team environment.

* Comfortable making informed decisions with imperfect or incomplete information.
