** Warehouse Coordinator PM Shift**
Job Description:
YOUR ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Coordinator at our site in Kettering 2. You will manage warehouse functions ensuring that operational activities are smooth and efficient, along with making sure we meet and exceed customer expectations.
The shift pattern for this role is Monday - Friday 14:00 - 22:30 (PM Shift).
You will manage all functions working in an operation for a new client, including inbound, put away, picking and outbound, ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to. You will ensure the operation is in line with client requirements in order to achieve operational targets and KPI's and you will also have responsibility assisting with HSEQ and SCA compliance.
You will maintain an optimal level of operational efficiency and resources at all times, along with ensuring operational procedures and processes meet quality requirements and driving performance improvements through auditing processes and robust reporting mechanisms. You will investigate service failures and ensure that appropriate remedial actions are put in place, as well as regularly reviewing internal Warehouse Management procedures with a view to continuous improvement.
