Employment Status: **Part-Time** Hours/Pay Period: **16 hours per pay** Shift: **Day/Night** Work Schedule: **Every other weekend 645 or 245 or 11 shift** **Job Summary:**
Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and performs various functions within the Patient Access Department related to scheduling, pre-registration, registration, and switchboard operations. Ensure outstanding patient experience while proactively reducing financial loss. Demonstrates behaviors outlined in NCH's Core Values and supports NCH's Mission and Vision.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**
Experience/Specialized Skills: Minimum of one year in a customer service role.
