As an Assistant Clinic Director at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

The Assistant Clinic Director is responsible for supporting the Clinic Director in the oversight of performance and operations of the clinic. This role supports the Clinic Director and clinic staff, assists with staffing needs, provides resource support, and performs administrative oversight. This position does require an active Virginia license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCP.

Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. Since then, the Ellie Fam has continued to grow with multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country.

Supervision and ConsultationParticipate in the weekly Clinic Director meetingParticipate in the weekly Clinic Manager meetingProvide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentationProvide 1:1 clinical supervision and participate in clinical group supervision with Clinic DirectorAdministrativeTroubleshoot issues within Valant, ADP, Teams, Outlook, Intake and BillingReview EHR service lines and complete Error Correction Form as neededMonitor Clinic capacity and practice patternsSupport clinic staff development to ensure accurate use of ValantPartner with CD to support administrative changes as neededCoordinate with CD to support the hiring process, including screening, interviewing, and onboardingCoordinate office supply orders with Clinic DirectorClinic OversightAssist CD with monitoring and managing clinic office schedulesProvide timely response to concerns raised by clients, clinicians, or external stakeholdersCheck clinic performance data weekly and assist CD with identifying opportunities to improve clinic functioning and quality of client careMaintain agreed upon clinical client caseloadServe as back-up for CD when they are out of the officeComplete at least 2 hours of

outreach/networking

weekly to ensure collaboration with referral sourcesComplete at least 2 chart audits per week to provide timely feedback to therapists, Intake, and Billing teamsAdditional duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities

Masters Degree or higher education in mental health disciplineIndependently licensed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCPStrong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill setsStrong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practiceExcellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailWorking understanding of human resource principles, practices, and proceduresExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to function well in a high-paced and changing environmentProficient with Microsoft 365 applicationsAdept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
