**Lead Warehouse Associate (Night Shift: 6PM)**
**Warehouse - Austin, TX - Full Time**
Four Hands is looking for a Night Shift Warehouse Lead to join our growing warehouse team!
**Bonuses**
* $100-$200 Sign-on bonus (payable after 90 days)

**IN THIS ROLE**
* Supervise, evaluate and train employees assigned to your shift
* Ensure all SOPs are being followed
* Enforce product handling and stocking procedures and standards
* Maintain accountability of inventory accuracy
* Manage distribution and execution of daily assignments including any special projects
* Report and troubleshoot nonconforming materials via the internal corrective action reporting (ICAR) process
* Securing of the facilities when leaving for the day when closing building
* All doors are closed and locked with master locks
* Alarm is set and no zones are bypassed
* Ensure the facility is clean and all safety programs are being followed
* Drive efforts to meet warehouse KPIs
* Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to Warehouse Manager immediately.
* Have stand up meetings at the beginning of each shift to review past performances and work load for current day
* Work cross functionally with other departments to meet company goals and objectives
* Requires flexibility and understanding that the Lead may be required to perform duties outside their normal area of expertise to meet the mission and goals of the Four Hands Furniture Company

**THE IDEAL PERSON**
* Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly through the course of the day without assistance; and maneuver and lift up to 225 lbs. repeatedly with assistance
* Ability to operate manual and electric material handling equipment, such as hand trucks, fork lifts and order pickers
* Continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, reaching in a warehouse environment
* Forklift experience/certification preferred but not required but must have the ability to be trained
* Ability to identify items on all paperwork including, but not limited to: customer orders and labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings as needed
* Basic computer skills that include some warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel knowledge
* Required to wear steel toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours
* Comfortable working independently and in a team environment while upholding the companys core values
* Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed and or required
* Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions in English
