Knowesis, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, is currently seeking an experienced candidate to provide Recruiting Standards Support to join our team and provide invaluable support to the Army National Guard Strength Maintenance Division, Data Analyst Support Services contract.

To be eligible for this position, candidates must have a Secret clearance and possess U.S. Citizenship without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future. Applicants without proof of U.S. Citizenship will not be considered due to the positions security clearance requirements.

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Review enlistment packets completed by over 150 MEPS Guidance Counselors (GCs) along with assisting Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) personnel, and Initial Active Duty Training (IADT)
Review assigned Non Prior Service/Prior Service (NPS/PS) Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) enlistment contracts using REQUEST, Strength Maintenance Tool (SMT) Portal, Recruiter Zone and GCRC to ensure full compliance with established Army and ARNG regulatory guidance relating to Military Occupational Specialty (MOS), enlistment, moral, and medical eligibility requirements for enlistment. Managers with identified possible Suspected Misconduct (SM) cases.
Prior MEPS Guidance Counselor (GC) experience as a V7 or as a civilian Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) GC Complete Quality Control (QC) of assigned enlistment packet within the SMT portal using the Electronic Records Management (ERM) System within the Guidance Counselor Resource Center (GCRC).
Identify and report Admin Errors (AE), Suspected Misconduct (SM), and any other discrepancies during the QC inspection. The contractor shall prepare SM notification memos for leadership review.
Assist with State Assisted Visits (SAV) by QCing all projected enlistments during the SAV and prepare finds for RSB leadership. The contractor shall be able to travel, as required, for some of these SAVs.
Provide training to NGB and State/territory personnel quarterly. Training shall primarily consist of the QC process, best practices, most frequent errors, and database utilization.
Identify all NPS/PS incentive contracts issued at MEPS during the previous month and build the incentive-issued enlistment packets into the SMT portal to be Quality Control inspected.
Monitor SMT portal functionality, research and troubleshoot problems, and recommend changes to RSB leadership to improve portal functionality.

Required Qualifications:

Prior experience with the Army National Guard
Minimum of 2 years experience (3 years preferred) serving as a MEPS Senior Guidance Counselor or rated time as a Recruiting and Retention NCOIC.
Experience with Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Required Education:

High school experience
