Responsibilities
SEO -Web Specialist Profile:
1. Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of website architectures, CMS platforms, mobile optimization, and XML sitemaps.
- Familiarity with crawl tools like Screaming Frog, and technical SEO tools like Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of Word Press & Elementor and be able to post and Optimize Blogs with websites
2. On-page SEO Expertise:
- Ability to research keywords using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, etc.
- Expertise in optimizing meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and on-page content.
- Strong understanding of internal linking.
3. Off-page SEO Expertise:
- Knowledge of link-building techniques, taking into account the quality, relevance, and authority of backlinks.
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Majestic, Moz, for backlink analysis.
- Understanding of influencer outreach, guest posting, and other ethical link-building methods.
4. Content Knowledge:
- Ability to assess content quality, user intent, and develop content gaps.
- Understanding of the role of E-A-T (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) in content.
- Experience with content management systems like WordPress, etc.
5. User Experience (UX) and Mobile SEO:
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and Page Experience signals.
- Knowledge about Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) and other mobile optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and GTmetrix., SEM Rush
6. Local SEO:
- Expertise in optimizing Google My Business listings.
- Knowledge of local citation-building and local link-building strategies.
- Familiarity with local SEO tools like BrightLocal, Agency Analytics,
7. Analytics and Reporting:
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other analytics tools.
- Ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make actionable recommendations.
8. Continuous Learning:
- Staying updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO news, and trends.
- Participate in webinars, workshops, and conferences to remain at the forefront of the industry.
9. Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Adaptability and patience, given that SEO results often take time to manifest.
10. Ethical Practices:
- Commitment to using white-hat SEO techniques.
- Avoidance of strategies that aim to trick search engines or users (like cloaking, hidden text, etc.).
- MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
While this is a generalized profile of an SEO specialist, it's important to note that SEO is a dynamic field. The most successful SEOs are those who continually educate themselves, experiment, and adapt to changes in the search landscape.
TLP Duties:
- Post And Optimize Pre-Written Monthly Blogs for each client.
- Interlink Blogs
- Optimize Blogs
- Build a Keyword / Content Plan using SEM Rush and other tools for at least six months for each client, and share findings with bloggers assigned to various clients.
- Write and Publish Blogs per Content Planer
- This is an IN Office position four days, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm per week, with the ability to grow to 5 days a week as your position grows.
Qualifications
[Past Web and SEO experience a must. Strong Writing Skills and Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Word Press. Knowlege of Elmentor Pro is a bonus
