AeroAntenna is a leading supplier of various antennas to premiere commercial and defense companies. Because of strong demand and continued growth for our innovative, high-performance products, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager.
The Human Resources Manager (HR) will be responsible for:
- Developing, recommending, and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
- Administering/maintaining the handbook.
- Maintaining the Affirmative Action Program.
- Developing and administering training programs.
- Administer worker's compensation and injury reporting including OSHA Logs.
- Administer open enrollment for the health and welfare plans.
- Educate and assist with enrolling into the 401k plan.
- Administer leaves of absence.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Stay current on recent federal, state and case law changes for changes that affect HR.
- Responsible for the recruiting life cycle.
- Responsible for immigration.
- Conduct new hire orientation.
- Employee relations and investigations.
- Exit interviews.
- Prepare and revise job descriptions.
- Coordinate company events.
- Salary Range $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
RequirementsRequirements/Experience:- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years Human Resource experience.
- PHR certification preferred.
- Proficiency in California Labor Law.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at persuasiveness and negotiation.
- Very knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite.
